If your order hasn’t arrived in the proposed delivery time frame, please contact [email protected].
To cancel or amend your order, please email [email protected] as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order hasn’t been packed, we will do what we can to amend your order or cancel it completely. If your order has been packed and/or sent, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or amend your order.
We aim to process returns within a few days of receiving them back, however this can take longer is busier periods. Once refunds have been processed, we ask that you allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account. If you have any issues regarding your refund, please email [email protected].
