Return Policy

Linzi Shoes are happy to accept returns purchased from www.Linzi.me within 14 days from the delivery date, Order returns have to be submitted through your account page or through contacting us by Email [email protected].

If you change your mind, you can return the items by shipping it through any shipping company of your choice to the address below:

Customers will have to pay the cost of shipping for returned orders.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging as purchased.

Faulty and damaged items

We are unable to offer exchanges for online purchases. You will need to return your item to us for a refund and place a new order.

We are unable to accept returns on items that have caused discomfort or a blister, unless it can be proven that there is a manufacturing fault with the shoe that has caused this..

We are not liable for any boxes that are damaged in transit, however if the shoes have been damaged in transit (crushed inside the box) we do ask that you send images immediately to [email protected]

If your order arrives and you think the parcel has been tampered with, is damaged or there are items missing, please contact [email protected] straight away to arrange a Pickups for damaged items are complimentary.

Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
