Linzi Shoes are happy to accept returns purchased from me.linizi.com within 14 days from the delivery date, Order returns have to be submitted through your account page or through contacting us by Email or Phone.

Items must be in original condition and in the original box and/or packaging as purchased and unused.

If you change your mind, you can return your items to us within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be returned unworn and in their original boxes with the docket enclosed. Contact the call center to collect the return address, and send it through any shipping company to the provided address

Faulty and damaged items

We are unable to offer exchanges for online purchases. You will need to return your item to us for a refund and place a new order.

We are unable to accept returns on items that have caused discomfort or a blister, unless it can be proven that there is a manufacturing fault with the shoe that has caused this..

We are not liable for any boxes that are damaged in transit, however if the shoes have been damaged in transit (crushed inside the box) we do ask that you send images immediately to [email protected]

If your order arrives and you think the parcel has been tampered with, is damaged or there are items missing, please contact [email protected] straight away and make sure you keep your packaging and paperwork until the issue is resolved.

Any purchases on special offers or Sale are not addressed to return.

Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
